No. The eight learning days are not conducted continuously.
They are spread across three alternate weekends during August and September 2026, followed by a four-month online mentorship by ECP faculty.
Participants do not need to travel to Delhi every week.

The ECP is not a placement programme and does not guarantee employment or faculty appointments.
It is designed to strengthen participants’ readiness for teaching, executive education, curriculum development and other academic opportunities.
The programme’s EFMD certification strengthens its academic credibility, but it does not automatically qualify or guarantee a faculty position at any university.
Each institution will assess candidates according to its own eligibility criteria, experience requirements and selection process.

Participants will be evaluated through programme activities such as assignments, classroom participation, applied work and the mentored capstone project.
Successful completion will require participation in the scheduled learning days and completion of the required academic work.
The goal of ECP is to build independent PoP professionals who have the industry expertise and educators' skills to command hourly teaching rates at top B-schools. ECP cohorts will be eligible to participate in all the learning tables, discussions & networking opportunities organised by IIFR, including Pracademic Circle, a series of roundtables between faculty cohorts, deans & administrators, research scholars, corporate L&D teams, etc.
